HIGHLIGHTS OF
THE PROJECTWe have developed peptide-porphyrin conjugates able to cross both the blood-brain and the blood-placental barriers to delivery the antiviral (porphyrin) payloads. In vitro and in vivo characterization of these platforms as anti-Zika virus agents will be discussed.
