    Registration is open from 1 July to 1 November 2026.

    The conference registration fee includes:

    • Access to all scientific sessions and conference facilities.

    • Conference materials.

    • Welcome cocktail.

    • Coffee breaks.

    • Lunch on two conference days.

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

    Registration is required to attend the conference. For participants presenting an abstract, at least one author per accepted abstract must be registered. 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations received before 1st of October may be eligible for a partial refund.

    • No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.

    • Participant substitutions may be accepted subject to prior notification.
