  • REGISTRATION FEE

    Satellite Event (University of Algarve / 14–16 December 2026)

    Registration is required to attend the Satellite Event. There is no registration fee.

    The conference registration fee includes:

    • Access to all scientific scientific and practical sessions.

    • Coffee breaks.

    • Lunches.

    • Social events.

    CardioTech Conference (CaixaForum Madrid / 10–12 June 2027)

    Registration is required to attend the CardioTech Conference. Registration fees apply. Fees for Students, Academics, and Industry participants will be announced soon.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations received before the registration deadline may be eligible for a partial refund.

    • Cancellations received after the registration deadline are non-refundable.

    • Participant substitutions may be accepted, provided prior written notification is submitted, at least 24 hours before the start of the event.

    • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
