Evaluation process

  • ELIGIBILITY PHASE

    • 579 proposals processed, of which:
       

      • 94 do not pass eligibility in form.

    • 485 proposals pass to the evaluation phase.

  • REMOTE EVALUATION PHASE

    • 247 experts, at least 3 per project, evaluated the proposals.

    • The assignment of the proposals to the evaluators was done through an AI-assisted matching process, taking into account the typology of the projects (Pilot studies, Retrospective evaluations or New interventions) and their keywords.

    • The final score for each project was standardised according to the Eligibility and evaluation guidelines of the call.

  • INTERVIEW PHASE

    • The 20 proposals with the best scores in the remote evaluation of the typology of Pilot Studies have been preselected for the interview phase. On the other hand, in the types of Retrospective Evaluations and New Interventions, the 15 proposals with the best scores in the remote evaluation have been preselected.

    • 3 selection committees have been constituted with between 8 and 9 experts chosen according to their scientific excellence and area of expertise.
