The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is the application of pre-contractual measures and, if applicable, the aim to formalize a contract.

Caixa Research Institute will not transfer your personal data to third parties without obtaining your prior consent, unless it is necessary for the execution of the pre-contractual relationship or for the fulfilment of its legal obligations. We inform you that Caixa Research Institute has contracted technological service providers located outside the European Economic Area, although such contracts comply with all the required guarantees in this regard.

In the event your application is successful, your personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship that is formalized, as well as for the applicable statutory limitation periods, in accordance with the relevant regulations. Otherwise, the personal data provided will be retained only during the selection process and, additionally, for a prudent period while your application may be of interest for other potential future vacancies, being deleted or alternatively anonymized once this period expires.
