RESEARCH
INTERESTSThe research of his team focuses on the study of the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that control energy partitioning in the organism and that are responsible for the adaptation to nutritional and metabolic challenges. By deciphering the regulatory networks that regulate, mitochondrial biogenesis, energy balance and glucose homeostasis, he aims at identifying new molecular targets for the treatment of metabolic diseases, such as obesity and type 2 diabetes
