Promoting a culture of awareness among researchers and actively supporting their journey in discovering and navigating the path of innovation is essential to facilitate the smooth transfer of research activities to the market and society. Facilitating this process is the main goal of the awareness and training program of the Innovation Hub, whose objectives primarily include:
-
Inform and train researchers on the innovation process, bringing innovation activities closer to a wider range of researchers and contexts;
-
Promote and facilitate the take-off and solid development of new innovative projects;
-
Foster synergies and collaborative learning among the five institutions.
This process entails not only the diversification of skills but also a comprehensive understanding of the principles and processes of technology transfer.
To achieve these objectives, the Innovation Hub's awareness and training program organizes a range of different activities directed to both researchers and TTO’s personnel.
